fell off the wagon for a bit there, and i’m back where i started, haha. whoooops.
oh well, no reason not to start again!
did 30 minutes of yoga, walked the dog for a bit over an hour total, and did some light cardio, did a bit with my 5lb weights … yeah. nothing special, but still!
i’ve been doing that thing again where i eat well most of the day, but then i throw in a bunch of chips or candy or whatever at the end and pretend it doesn’t “count” even though, whoops, clearly it does!
so yeah, i need to get on that. bleghghghugh.
gonna try and keep up with my poor fitblr again, haha!
i’m doing this month-long yoga/weightloss program. we do yoga twice a week for the month, and also get to talk with a certified nutritionist after the yoga. it’s really cool! i think i like it … having structure imposed on me is nice.
plus, i have my apartment to myself again so i actually have space to work out properly! :D yeahh! (trying to schedule around another person was REALLY HARD, lmao. uugh.)
